The screen splits in two and the top half turns to face the other person. Each of you has your own button and sees only your own language.

Private by design

Your conversations are never stored. For your voice we keep only an ID, and you can delete it at any time.

Questions

Is Tolki free?

Free during the private trial. Tolki is invite only.

Which phones does it work on?

Any recent iPhone or Android phone, in Safari or Chrome. No app store: add it to your home screen.

Does the other person need Tolki?

No. You share one phone: the top half faces them, with their own button. They never sign in, and their voice is never recorded.

Does it work without internet?

No. Translation happens online, so you need Wi‑Fi or mobile data.

What happens to my voice?

Google turns your recording into a voice; we keep only its ID. Delete it any time in Settings.
